We strive for it (right?), work towards it, and value it in others. What is it, though? How do you define it for yourself? Do you expect something different from others? Why is authenticity important? How important? Does it show up differently at work, for play, and with family? Do most men seem authentic? If not, in what way don’t they? Why might a man show up in any way less than authentic?
