Doom scrolling. Road rage. COVID seems to be hitting everyone. Are eggs really this expensive?Join us in a discussion on what makes us happy, be it a walk, a friend, a partner, a book or the gym. In sharing what gives us refuge from the drumbeat of negativity, we support each other’s well-being and can hopefully pick up new strategies to make it through to the other side.
