Explore insights from Harold’s book, Golden Men: The Power of Gay Midlife. The book shows how the coming-out process teaches life skills that can be used for successful aging throughout life. “A Candid Convo with Harold Kooden” isn’t just for the gay community, though. Harold’s talk will offer valuable lessons for anyone facing significant life change. He’ll also highlight what men have already learned by having made prior significant decisions. He’ll discuss these skills for navigating life’s challenges and aging with confidence. He’ll also share exercises anyone can use to address internalized ageism and embrace new realities.
