The session lasts about 20 minutes. The first 15 minutes will be meditation, with the last few minutes being a time to reflect and discuss the meditation process as we see fit any given week. It is designed for you to stay as long as your time allows or as fits your current practice. No one should feel bad about having to leave before the 20 minutes expires.
If you are unsure about the idea of meditation, we want you to think of this short time as a quiet sit and a chance to prepare yourself for the day and week ahead.
