Who this circle is for

Men who would like to meet others locally. First-time participants are welcome.

What a gathering is like

A facilitator guides an in-person conversation using the same shared agreements as online circles. Check the gathering’s listing for the location, and take part by listening or sharing.

What you don’t have to do

  • You don’t have to talk. Listening is participation, and plenty of men listen the first few times.
  • You don’t have to fix anyone. Nobody will try to fix you either — that is the agreement, said out loud at the start.
  • You don’t have to have a story ready. Men speak from their own experience, and “I don’t know yet” is an experience.
  • You don’t have to commit to returning. Try a gathering and decide whether you’d like to attend again.
  • You choose what to share about yourself and why you came.
