In MenLiving’s own words

Join us for our supportive Zoom gathering to explore the lived experiences of neurodivergence – autism, ADHD, dyslexia, high sensitivity, and more. Whether you identify as neurodivergent or are connected to someone who does, together we’ll share stories, raise awareness, and celebrate the unique gifts neurodivergence brings. Come as you are, listen deeply, and be part of a community that offers spaces where people can connect, heal and thrive. This space is open to all genders.

Who this circle is for

People who are autistic, ADHD, dyslexic or highly sensitive — diagnosed or not — and the people who love them. A diagnosis is not a ticket and nobody is asked for one. This circle is open to all genders.

What a gathering is like

A conversation that does not require you to mask for an hour. Bring what you need to be comfortable, participate the way that works for you, and leave the performance at the door.

What you don’t have to do

  • You don’t have to talk. Listening is participation, and plenty of men listen the first few times.
  • You don’t have to fix anyone. Nobody will try to fix you either — that is the agreement, said out loud at the start.
  • You don’t have to have a story ready. Men speak from their own experience, and “I don’t know yet” is an experience.
  • You don’t have to keep coming. Men come once, or for a season, or for years. Coming three times and moving on is the model working.
  • You don’t have to explain why you came. Nobody will ask, and nobody will follow up afterwards.

Same agreements everywhere. What changes is the room.

Ready when you are

Most are free, most weeks of the year. You can listen the whole time and nobody will ask you why.

Keep the door open for the men who need it

Connection should stay within reach.

Most circles are free because donors pay for them. Your gift funds facilitator training and keeps the open door open for the men who need it most.
