Who this circle is for

Men who already know what they want to do and keep not doing it. The circle does not supply the goal; you bring that.

What a gathering is like

A weekly check-in on the thing you said you were working on, framed by the ideas in Atomic Habits. Men say what they did and what they did not, and the group listens. The mechanism is simple and it is the whole point: someone is expecting you.

What you don’t have to do

You don’t have to talk. Listening is participation, and plenty of men listen the first few times.
You don’t have to fix anyone. Nobody will try to fix you either — that is the agreement, said out loud at the start.
You don’t have to have a story ready. Men speak from their own experience, and “I don’t know yet” is an experience.
You don’t have to keep coming. Men come once, or for a season, or for years. Coming three times and moving on is the model working.
You don’t have to explain why you came. Nobody will ask, and nobody will follow up afterwards.
