A Program Connecting Fraternity Brothers
The Bridge is a program designed to create intergenerational connection and engagement between alumni fraternity members and graduating college seniors as they transition into the workplace.
Why the Bridge?
Graduating and transitioning into the workforce – often in a new city – is a pivotal point of transition in men’s lives. The Bridge seeks to create connection and share education from older fraternity alumni to recent fratenity graductes.
Bridge education program partners with leading experts to explore:
- Adjusting to the workplace;
- Relationships and social connections;
- Mental and physical health and well-being;
- Purposes, passions, interests, and hobbies;
Bridge connection offers biweekly meetings to expand social circles, maintain connections and build friendship.
Bridge purpose delivers opportunities to be mentored by alumni across a variety of causes and industries.

Each year, our team of inspired leaders hosts over 500 gatherings—at least 450 online and more than 50 in person.
