Accountability Monday is for men committed to making personal changes and taking responsibility for their actions. Participants must commit to a specific change, uphold integrity in their words, and take responsibility for their impact on the world. Inspired by Don Miguel Ruiz’s The Four Agreements and James Clear’s Atomic Habits. Each session includes a check-in, accountability updates, and a process to address any unfulfilled commitments.
Ground rules emphasize punctuality, respect for others’ time, and the importance of taking responsibility for one’s choices. Accountability Monday encourages self-reflection on commitments, choices, and beliefs, helping individuals stay on track with their personal goals while providing or requesting support if needed. The request is for attendees to commit for a minimum period of nine weeks and is being led by Mike Patterson, Brandon Clift, and/or Jim Herbert.

Non-Profit Status
We formally created a 501c3 in 2019 in order to reach our vision of being the catalyst of connection for thousands of men and boys throughout all walks of life; providing resources, teachings and a safe space to more fully know ourselves, build a bridge to healthy masculinity and make the world a better place. Our non-profit status enables us to more easily to work with other organizations as well as making it easier to raise the necessary support to fund the programs of MenLiving.
