Discover the Power of Intentional Living
Ready to unlock your potential? Want to become an (even) better version of yourself? The MenLiving Their Values Workshop may be one of the keys you’ve been looking for.
At MenLiving, we understand that true transformation comes from within. We offer the men of our community, and all men everywhere, our Five Suggestions for living life more fully. These suggestions are more than good ideas, though. They’re powerful tools for personal growth and meaningful connections.
● Live consciously.
● Live curiously.
● Live emotionally.
● Live candidly.
● Live intentionally.
Want to know the key that unlocks the list’s power? Without the fifth suggestion, the other four are little more than interesting concepts. That’s why this new workshop focuses on intention, the cornerstone of personal growth.

What You’ll Gain:
In this transformative workshop, you’ll:
● Develop a deep, personal understanding of each of the Five Suggestions.
● Learn how to apply these postures and practices to your own core values.
● Join a supportive community of men on the same journey.
● Gain tools and insights to become the man you aspire to be.
● Discover how living out your core values with intention can impact the world for good.
How It Works
This seven-week workshop will include general convos, as well as deeply personal shares. Sessions will be part discussion, part guided exercises, part reflection. Sessions will help you answer three key questions about each of the Five Suggestions.
- How might I align this suggestion with my core values?
- How can that alignment help me show up as the man I want to be?
- How does living as my more intentional self enable me to better my world?
The MenLiving Laboratory
The MenLiving Their Values Workshop talks about important ideas. It doesn’t stop there, though. The real magic happens when you put these ideas into practice. That’s where our LivingPods come in. You’ll join a small group of men where together you can
● Share experiences in a curiosity-rich but judgment-free zone.
● Gain new perspectives from others on the same journey.
● Explore real-life topics through the lenses of core values and the Five Suggestions.
● Meet regularly by video call, connecting with men from across the country.
